Craft Rum Distillery

Welcome to our small Craft Distillery hidden in the back streets of Botany NSW.

We are passionate about creating the highest quality rum for the ultimate drinking experience. We use the finest Australian molasses, a slow ferment and a hybrid reflux still to create an incredibly smooth spirit that is enjoyable to drink. Whether you are a rum enthusiast or a newcomer to the spirit, we invite you to try our rum and taste the difference for yourself.

Solander Rum Company is a boutique family owned and operated distillery hidden in the back streets of Botany.

Our unwavering commitment to quality is evident in every bottle, as we pour our hearts and souls into each batch, ensuring that every sip delivers a harmonious blend of flavours that tantalize the taste buds.
