This website is operated by Bayside Distilling Company Trading as Solander Rum Company. Products sold via this website have been produced at 31 Salisbury St Botany NSW Australia under Liquor License Number: LIQW880014850.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must stop using this website. You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website and to purchase alcohol from this website in Australia. This website is controlled and operated within Australia.
Prices for our products on this website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue a product at any stage. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information including your delivery address and payment information is correct and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method.
Unless otherwise stated all prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs of $9 per order will be charged in addition to all prices listed on our website and will be added at checkout. All orders are subject to payment method approval and may be declined if payment does not process. You will own the goods once they have been paid for and sent by us to the address you have supplied. Responsibility for the goods starts once we have dispatched the products in good order.
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of an order being received and sent via a third-party courier service. While standard shipping can take between 2 – 7 days for metro areas we are not responsible for delays outside of this that are beyond our control by a third-party delivery provider.
Any person purchasing goods from Bayside Distilling Company agrees to receive monthly newsletters by email. By law you may opt out of this by responding to the unsubscribe button on the emails.
All contents on this website remain the property of Bayside Distilling Company. We reserve the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Solander Rum Returns Policy
Noticed something wrong with your order? Please contact us at info@banksandsolander.com and let us know what went wrong along with proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns within 30 days for faulty products but not for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unopened. If you have received an incorrect item, please make sure that it remains unused and in its original condition.
Once we have received your email we will investigate and advise you of all outcomes including if your item needs to be returned to us and how.
