Judges Comments: Very soft vanillin floral nose with heat from spirit, on palate coconut banana characters, quiet and impressive light floral rum for an overproof that does well to balance the heat of alcohol with some delicious juicy flavours. Some more time in barrel to develop some more tertiary character would help to really take this to the next level.

Judges comments: Confectionary, bright tropical fruit aromas, palate has great texture, weight and depth of character. Finishes a little hot which would be better integrated but all round delicious representation.

Tasting Notes: The aroma is distinctive and fruity, featuring notes of banana, citrus and melon. The texture is warming, accompanied by a gentle heat. On the palate, flavours of banana, grass and spun sugar are present leading to a finish with a unique Character.
