Within this exceptional range, you'll discover our carefully crafted Single Barrel releases, each bearing the distinction of having been thoughtfully aged for a minimum of 2 years. This spirit is carefully refined through our hybrid still “Lady Banks” and artfully aged in handpicked barrels, resulting in a truly remarkable and refined rum experience.

We do not use any artificial colours, flavours or additives.

  • World Rum Awards 2024 - Worlds Best, Gold and Style Winner!

    Tasting: SRC 2634 has a delightful nose with hints of blossoming flowers and caramel. The palate is rich and creamy with notes of toffee, vanilla and treacle. This rum has a long smooth finish thanks to the natural sweetness from the oak.

  • This barrel has been decanted and bottled and is currently resting prior to release.

    Following maturation, the rum was finished for four months on dried Muscatel grapes, adding an elegant layer of rich fruit character. The nose opens with aromas of dried raisins and sultanas, complemented by sweet honey, toasted oak and the warm spice of Christmas cake.

    The palate is rich and full-bodied, with deep molasses at its core, balanced by notes of redcurrant, plum and dark dried fruits. A gentle savoury salinity from the molasses adds complexity, leading into a long, warming finish.

    Best enjoyed: Neat, over ice, or in a Dark 'n' Stormy.

    Tasting: SRC 2632 has notes of sweet oak, roasted chestnuts, golden syrup and cherry cola that unravel into a fruit platter of overripe pineapple, peach, apricot and banana. All concluded with our signature creamy finish.

  • A collaboration between Solander Rum Company and Beer Fontaine.

    Initial maturation in a 200L Heaven Hill Bourbon Cask for 3 years and 10 months.

    Finishing maturation was for 4 months in two 100L ex Stout casks from Beer Fontaine that previously held Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky.

    Beer Fontaine - Patience 24 - Whisky Barrel Imperial Stout: The beer that started it all.

    Aged in Australian single malt whisky barrels for 1 year. 1 whole year of waiting, looking at barrels & being patient, knowing it's worth the wait.

    Tasting: Aromas of cherry ripe and fruit cake greet you before unfolding to layers of caramel and raisin. The palate delivers a blanketing and chewy texture filled with flavours of mocha, fruit cake, raisin toast, Christmas spice and a hint of grapefruit peel, wrapping up with a lingering finish of dark chocolate and liquorice.
