A collaboration between two Botany brands - Solander Rum Company and Beer Fontaine!

Cask 2631 - has been aged for just under 4 years in a single 200L ex Bourbon cask, before being finished in two 100L Stout casks from Beer Fontaine.

Expect notes of fruit cake, coffee, mocha, stout, cherry cola, grapefruit peel, raisin and Christmas spices with a lingering dark chocolate finish.

Bottled at Cask Strength to retain its full character.

Non-chill filtered.

Rum made from the finest Australian Molasses. Slowly fermented and distilled in a reflux still in our Botany Distillery and then aged to perfection in American oak barrels to create an incredibly smooth and enjoyable drink.

Our rum is released in single barrel releases. There will be slight differences per barrel.
